Auto-responder Emails in Web Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder email will take you just a couple of mouse clicks if you work with a Linux web hosting from us. You can do this in the Emails section of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you can see all of your email addresses listed in alphabetical order. You can either select an e-mail and click on the auto-responder button or simply right-click and choose the feature in the context menu which will pop up. All you need to do is to type in the content that you would like to be sent as an automated reply and save the modification. You can type in any text you need and editing or disabling the auto-responder function is just as simple. From the same part of the Control Panel it is possible to check which mail accounts have the feature enabled and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you are using a semi-dedicated server package to host your domains with our company, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder option for the mailboxes that you make in the account. This can be done in the Emails part of our intuitive Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where one can see a list of all of your mailboxes. A little icon will show you which one has an enabled auto-responder and which does not. To create, edit or remove a message, click the corresponding image for the specific e-mail, type in the text you want to use, save the change and you will be all set. If you select several emails, you're able to enable or deactivate the function for them in bulk, with just as little efforts.
