If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services package, we will be keeping a constant eye on your virtual server and all the services running on it. This way you will have more time for your web sites or web applications.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server isn’t the easiest thing in this world. You will either need to use a different server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively arrange a 3rd–party software. We offer a far simpler and easier way with our Optional Admin Services deal. We’ll create a complete backup copy of your VPS server once a week, so you never need to be afraid of losing essential information. And we can restore a backup really fast. All backups we make are held on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with your content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure certain software programs on it. And if this may sound like something far too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Optional Admin Services deal, is the right thing for your needs. While using it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our proficient server admins who will install and set–up any software package or fix any problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it’s an optional feature.
